With Therapy Moisture Shampoo, dry and brittle hair becomes a thing of the past with this unique and moisturizing shampoo.
It is a softening and smoothing shampoo with, among other things, soy and macadamia oil, which restores moisture balance and strengthens dry hair.

The conditioner is an intense, softening and detangling conditioner that contains, among other things, shea butter, which is known to smooth and nourish dry hair.

They contain color protection.

Nourishing Hair Mask is a luxurious, deep care for hair that needs a little extra care, after the effects of styling, coloring and the vagaries of the weather. It is a restorative hair treatment that is suitable for all hair types. The hair treatment contains, among other things, argan oil and shea butter, which strengthen and restore the moisture balance in the hair.

Application

  • Apply to damp hair over 2 times
  • Massage into hair and scalp.
  • Rinse thoroughly.
  • The conditioner is applied to freshly washed hair.
  • Leave on for 1–3 minutes
  • Rinse thoroughly.
  • Apply to freshly washed hair, leave the mask on for 3–10 minutes, rinse thoroughly.

DELIVERY TERMS

All orders are sent as standard postal parcels with GLS, so you can follow your order via track & trace all the way from us to you. Delivery is only possible in Denmark.

Shipping prices from DKK 29. However, you can get free shipping on orders over DKK 399, for delivery to any parcel shop in Denmark.

If you order to Norway, you can get free shipping on orders over DKK 599.

Delivery time is 1-3 business days. We strive to ensure that all orders placed on weekdays before 10 am are shipped the same day with expected delivery the following business day. For deliveries to non-bridged islands, one to two days extra delivery time should be expected.

You will always receive an email when your order has been shipped from us, which contains information about where you can track your package.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

If you receive a damaged item or package, you as a customer must follow our procedure in this regard:

You report damage to a product by sending a written request including a picture of the damage to info@organic-hairspa.com . You will then be contacted by one of our customer service employees, who will inform you of a solution and information about the further process. Please note that a request regarding damaged products is not considered a cancellation of the purchase. If you wish to cancel your purchase, please see section 4. Right of withdrawal.

If you receive a package with obvious damage to the package and its contents, you can choose to refuse receipt of the package on the grounds of damage. The package will then be automatically returned to us. If you choose to refuse the package, you must send a written request to info@organic-hairspa.com with the reason for rejection, as well as a picture of the package. You will subsequently be contacted by one of our customer service employees, who will inform you of a solution and information about the further process. You should be aware that refusal to receive a damaged package is not considered a cancellation of the purchase. If you cancel a purchase, please see section 4.
