PRODUCT INFORMATION
At organic-hairspa.dk we always strive to provide you with accurate and correct information about our products. However, we reserve the right to make any obvious errors or errors that are irrelevant to the use or value of the product. Please contact us if you discover an error that you believe should be corrected.
PAYMENT
When you shop at organic-hairspa.dk it is possible to pay with the following cards:
- Visa/Dankort
- MasterCard
We do not charge card fees.
We do not ship items by cash on delivery.
The amount is charged to the cardholder when the order is shipped.
FREIGHT
All orders are sent as standard postal parcels with GLS, so you can follow your order via track & trace all the way from us to you. Delivery is only possible in Denmark.
Shipping prices from DKK 29. However, you can get free shipping on orders over DKK 499, for delivery to any parcel shop in Denmark.
Delivery time is 1-3 business days. We strive to ensure that all orders placed on weekdays before 10 am are shipped the same day with expected delivery the following business day. For deliveries to non-bridged islands, one to two days extra delivery time should be expected.
You will always receive an email when your order has been shipped from us, which contains information about where you can track your package.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
If you receive a damaged item or package, you as a customer must follow our procedure in this regard:
You report damage to a product by sending a written request including a picture of the damage to info@organic-hairspa.com. You will then be contacted by one of our customer service employees, who will inform you of a solution and information about the further process. Please note that a request regarding damaged products is not considered a cancellation of the purchase. If you wish to cancel your purchase, please see section 4. Right of withdrawal.
If you receive a package with obvious damage to the package and its contents, you can choose to refuse receipt of the package on the grounds of damage. The package will then be automatically returned to us. If you choose to refuse the package, you must send a written request to info@organic-hairspa.com with the reason for rejection, as well as a picture of the package. You will subsequently be contacted by one of our customer service employees, who will inform you of a solution and information about the further process. You should be aware that refusal to receive a damaged package is not considered a cancellation of the purchase. If you cancel a purchase, please see section 4. Right of withdrawal.
RIGHT OF CANCELATION
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must send an email to info@organic-hairspa.com and at the same time use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions and enclosed with your order. You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the goods without also notifying us.
CANCELLATION OF PART OF THE PURCHASE
If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order. Please note that you will not receive a refund for shipping costs if you cancel part of your purchase. You must send an email to info@organic-hairspa.com and use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions and enclosed with your order.
RETURN
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us. You must pay for the return of the package yourself, and you are responsible if any damage occurs during transport. Items purchased on organic-hairspa.dk cannot be returned as a letter, but must always be returned as a package and must always be returned as a package and not to a parcel shop but directly to our address.
Always remember to get a receipt for your shipment, as you are responsible for the package.
The cost of returning these goods is expected to be a maximum of DKK 79.
NO RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
These agreements cannot be undone:
- Delivery of goods that are likely to deteriorate or become obsolete quickly,
- Delivery of sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
CONDITION OF THE ITEM WHEN YOU SEND IT BACK
If the item has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item, you can only get a part of the purchase price back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases this may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.
We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a decrease in the value of the item.
REFUND OF THE PURCHASE AMOUNT
If you cancel your entire purchase, you will get your money back. Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you cancel part of your purchase. If the item has diminished in value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for. We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have used a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we have received your notification that you want to cancel the agreement. We will refund the money using the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise. We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Danish Sales Act apply to purchases of goods. This means that you have a right to complain for 24 months. If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the product repaired, exchanged, your money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the fault. If you complain within two months after the fault is discovered, the complaint will always be timely. Complaints must be made in writing to info@organic-hairspa.com .
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs.
When returning the item, please include a detailed description of the problem. Claimed items can only be returned after written notification and if it has been agreed in advance that the claimed item will be returned.
