1. USE OF COOKIES AND LOG FILES

We use cookies on our website. The processing of personal data that we collect through cookies is based on your consent.

    1.1. General information about cookies

Cookies are small text files that make it possible to store information related to the specific user on their device while the user is visiting the website. Cookies primarily make it possible to record the frequency and number of visits to the pages and to analyze the user's behavior on the website, but they also help us to make our offer more customer-friendly. Cookies can be so-called "session cookies", which are deleted when the user leaves our website, while other cookies are stored on your computer, even after the browser session has ended, and can be retrieved again the next time you visit the site. If you do not want this to happen, you should set your internet browser to block cookies.

1.2. If you do not wish to accept the use of cookies

Most browsers accept cookies by default. You can allow or prohibit temporary and stored cookies individually in the security settings. If you disable cookies, certain functions on our websites may not be available and some pages may not be displayed correctly.

    1.3. Log files

Every time a user accesses our website, usage data will be transmitted via the user's internet browser and stored in protocol files, the so-called server log files. The data strings stored in this connection include: Date and time of the web request, name of the accessed page, IP address, referrer URL (the URL from which you came to our website), amount of data transferred and product and version information for the browser used.

The visitors' IP addresses are deleted or anonymized after the visit. Anonymization changes the IP addresses so that individual information about personal or factual circumstances can no longer be related to an identified or identifiable natural person, or only with a disproportionate amount of time, cost and effort.

We analyze these log file data strings in anonymized form in order to optimize our offers and webshop and make them more user-friendly, and also to be able to locate and correct errors more quickly and manage server capacity. For example, we can see when the webshop is most visited, and thus provide the necessary data capacity so that your purchase can be completed as quickly as possible. In addition, by analyzing the protocol files, we can also more quickly identify and correct errors in the webshop.

    2. USE OF ANALYSIS TOOLS

    2.1. Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics with Google Adwords, a web analysis service from Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, which are text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of how you use the website. The information about your use of the website collected by the cookie is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. If IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will first be shortened by Google within the EU member states or in other countries that are parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. At the request of the website operator, Google will use this information to analyse how you use the website in order to report on website activity to the website operator and to provide additional services relating to website and internet use.

With Google Analytics, the IP address is transmitted from your browser, but it will not be linked to other data from Google. You can prevent the installation of cookies in the settings of your browser software; however, we point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent.

You can also prevent the data about your use of the website (including your IP address) collected by the cookie from being recorded or processed by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=dk .

You can find more information about terms of use and data protection at http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/dk.html and https://policies.google.com/?hl=dk .

We would like to point out that Google Analytics has been extended with the code "gat. anonymizeIp();" on this website to ensure anonymized recording of IP addresses (so-called IP Masking).

    2.2. Mix panel

We use technology from Mixpanel, Inc. (“Mixpanel”) on our website to perform statistical analyses that help us optimize product features and make them more attractive.

Our website uses cookies from Mixpanel to register your browser type, operating system, language settings and IP address and then send this data to a Mixpanel server. We only receive your IP address in anonymized form from Mixpanel, so you can be sure that your privacy is always protected. Furthermore, an analysis of all data registered during the use of our offers is carried out via the Mixpanel platform. This creates a basis for us to continuously improve our offers to you. Mixpanel is certified according to the EU-US Privacy Shield scheme, which aims to guarantee that your information is not passed on to third parties and that Mixpanel itself does not gain knowledge of the information. If you do not wish to accept this data registration, please change your browser settings as described in the Cookies section. You can also always refuse Mixpanel's registration and storage of this data by following the instructions on this link: https://mixpanel.com/optout/ .

Further information in English about Mixpanel and Mixpanel's data protection policy can be found at: https://mixpanel.com/privacy/ .

    2.3. Facebook pixel

Our website uses the Facebook pixel from Facebook Inc. (“Facebook”). If you have reached our website via a Facebook ad, Facebook will place a cookie on your computer. The conversion tracking cookie is placed when a user clicks on a Facebook ad. These cookies expire after 28 days and are not used for personal identification. If a user visits certain pages on our site before the cookie expires, we and Facebook can see that the user has clicked on the ad and has been directed to this page. Each Facebook customer receives a different cookie, and cookies cannot therefore be tracked via the websites of Facebook customers. The information collected using conversion cookies is used to create conversion statistics for Facebook customers who have decided to use conversion tracking. Customers are informed of the total number of users who have clicked on their ad and have been directed to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that can be used to identify specific users.

If you do not want tracking to take place, you can refuse the installation of the cookie required for tracking – for example, via your browser settings, where you can either deactivate the automatic cookie function in general or set your browser so that cookies from the domain “facebook.com” are blocked.

Please note that you may not delete the opt-out cookies as long as you do not want analysis data to be recorded. If you have deleted all cookies in your browser, you must set the relevant opt-out cookie again.
