PURCHASE CANCELLATION

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us. (Read the rules for canceling purchases under section 4. Right of cancellation in our terms and conditions). You must pay for the return of the package yourself, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport. Items purchased at organic-hairspa.dk cannot be returned as a letter, but must always be returned as a package.

You are responsible for all costs related to shipping the package you wish to return, however, you MUST create your return via this link:

https://organic-hairspa-dk.myshopify.com/apps/return_prime before you can send your order back to us. Where you will need your order number and email/phone number.

Always remember to get a receipt for your shipment, as you are responsible for the package.

The cost of returning these goods is expected to be a maximum of DKK 79.

NO RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

These agreements cannot be undone:

- Delivery of goods that are likely to deteriorate or become obsolete quickly,

- Delivery of sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.

CONDITION OF THE ITEM WHEN YOU SEND IT BACK

If the item has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item, you can only get a part of the purchase price back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases this may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.

We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a decrease in the value of the item.

REFUND OF THE PURCHASE AMOUNT

If you cancel your entire purchase, you will get your money back. Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you cancel part of your purchase. If the item has diminished in value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for. We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have used a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we have received your notification that you want to cancel the agreement. We will refund the money using the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise. We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

COMPLAINT

When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Danish Sales Act apply to purchases of goods. This means that you have a right to complain for 24 months. If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the fault. If you complain within two months after the fault is discovered, the complaint will always be timely. Complaints must be made in writing to info@organic-hairspa.dk.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs.

When returning the item, please include a detailed description of the problem. Claimed items can only be returned after written notification and if it has been agreed in advance that the claimed item will be returned.
