Magnificent Volumizing Shampoo and conditioner 250ml and together with Root lift 250ml are the first steps on the path to achieving beautiful and full hair.

Shampoo and Conditioner

Create the perfect foundation for fuller hair with this strengthening, smoothing and lightweight formula of shampoo and conditioner that gently but effectively cleanses and leaves hair soft, shiny and voluminous.

Helps prevent the formation of split ends

Root lift

If nature didn't intend for your hair to have extra volume, Root Lift can create it for you!
A volumizing scalp spray that gives hair maximum volume and normal hold from root to tip.

Application

- Shampoo is applied to damp hair

- Massage into hair and scalp

- Rinse thoroughly

- Apply conditioner to ends and lengths and leave in for at least 2 minutes.

- Root lift is applied to freshly washed hair.

- The product is sprayed onto the scalp and then worked into the lengths and ends.

DELIVERY TERMS

All orders are sent as standard postal parcels with GLS, so you can follow your order via track & trace all the way from us to you. Delivery is only possible in Denmark.

Shipping prices from DKK 29. However, you can get free shipping on orders over DKK 399, for delivery to any parcel shop in Denmark.

If you order to Norway, you can get free shipping on orders over DKK 599.

Delivery time is 1-3 business days. We strive to ensure that all orders placed on weekdays before 10 am are shipped the same day with expected delivery the following business day. For deliveries to non-bridged islands, one to two days extra delivery time should be expected.

You will always receive an email when your order has been shipped from us, which contains information about where you can track your package.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

If you receive a damaged item or package, you as a customer must follow our procedure in this regard:

You report damage to a product by sending a written request including a picture of the damage to info@organic-hairspa.com . You will then be contacted by one of our customer service employees, who will inform you of a solution and information about the further process. Please note that a request regarding damaged products is not considered a cancellation of the purchase. If you wish to cancel your purchase, please see section 4. Right of withdrawal.

If you receive a package with obvious damage to the package and its contents, you can choose to refuse receipt of the package on the grounds of damage. The package will then be automatically returned to us. If you choose to refuse the package, you must send a written request to info@organic-hairspa.com with the reason for rejection, as well as a picture of the package. You will subsequently be contacted by one of our customer service employees, who will inform you of a solution and information about the further process. You should be aware that refusal to receive a damaged package is not considered a cancellation of the purchase. If you cancel a purchase, please see section 4. Right of withdrawal, under Terms and Conditions.
